Syncing to Time Server

Whenever I attempt to sync to a time server, I get an error message.
I've tried changing time servers, but same thing happens.
This happens with two of my computers (both going thru the same
router). I tried issuing the W32TM/resync/rediscover command
from a DOS prompt, but that didn't help either.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it appears to be dead!

The link is working fine here. I suggest clearing your cache. (IE, tools
menu, delete browing history.)

I still get a "page not found error", however, I went directly
to the website and searched for that document, which
worked O.K.
