Synchronization error of Software Update Service

I have sucessfully configured the Software Updation
Service on my PDC , running Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

I connect to internet through Proxy serrver.Whenever I
want to Press the "Synchronize Now " tab in Synchronize
Server option, I get the following message.........
