Symantec antivirus problem

I have Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition, v9.0, and am having a
problem getting the client to find the parent server when installing the
client. I've checked Symantec's knowledgebase, to no avail.

Does anyone know of a newsgroup for Symantec products?

Are you installing from a central server or from the XP machine?
Are you running SP2?
I also assume that you can access other network resources?

If you cannot see the parent server from the SAV client properties then you
can manually assign it. Copy the glc.dat file from the server. Should be
located under Program Files\SAV\Logon.
Copy this file to the workstation. C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5

Are you rolling the client out via the Symantec System Center or doing a
Client/Managed install from the CD?

There aren't any, that I know.
