Switching Mixed Mode to Native?

We have recently stopped using our NT based servers and
are planning to switch over to native mode. Has anyone
had problems doing this? Is there anything important I
should know before I make this transition?

We are running Norton Anti Virus Corporate Edition 7.5 and
Veritas Backup Exec 9.0

Any Help or Advice would be very much appreciated.

The two main thing to worry about are NT 4.0 BDCs in the domain you are
converting to Native mode will not replicate with Win 2k DCs and if you ever
have to rename your Win 2k domain it requires you to add a NT 4.0 BDC to the
domain and replicate. You can not add a NT 4.0 BDC to a native mode Win 2k
domain. The only way to rename a Win 2k native mode domain is during an
upgrade to Win 2k3. Or start from scratch entering user accounts by hand.
