When I am on the internet I get the following message and
have to reboot. "svchost.exe has generated errors and will
be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the
program. An error log is being created." Can anyone help?

Go Google search engine
"type" SVCHOST.EXE VIRUS

I got 35,200 hits in .o6 seconds;
that should be a wake up call.

Your infected (again).

You were, when you took it to the shop before.
And if you take it again and come back and do it again,
you will be again.

I hope you get a good allowance.

Whatever "Numb nuts" repair shop that "fixes" a customer's pc because of
the mblast virus and then doesn't bother applying the MS Blaster patch
and inform the customer of the necessity of having a firewall is running
a crooked operation. The customer should go back there and give the
owner a fistful of knuckles...
