svchost.exe taking up all CPU cycles

Doug

Upon reboot one of the svchost processes will eat up all
available CPU cycles. I just read the knowledge base
article 314056 (A description of svchost.exe)and suspect
that I have a application dll that sometimes does not run
correctly. Any idea how I can track down the dll causing
the problem.

I have the same problem. I found a knowledge base
article 838884 which seems to describe this problem and
it says there is a hotfix. How do I get the hotfix from
Microsoft? Can I download it from somewhere? Help.
