My problem is when windows is done booting svchost the system one uses 88% to
100% percent of cpu sage i have done virus scans and windows defender scans
nothing show up i have lowed the visual schemes show the memory usage won't
be so high can you help me (I did all i could do).

You are probably setup to 'automatically download updates" from Microsoft.

What virus scan? Did you run in it safe mode?

it is not a virus in xp problem in registry.use Regcure

Try turning off Microsoft Update but keep Windows Update running. This
solved it for me.
Go to Start/Help and Support/Windows Update. When the website opens go to
the bottom of the webpage and disable Microsoft Update. Windows Update will
still keep running.
I am trying to remember this from memory but it's something like this.
