Suppressing the partially trusted context bubble

When running a no-touch deployment app from the Internet or Trusted Sites
zone, the form opens with a bubble:
"Microsoft .NET Security Information: This application is running in a
partially trusted context. Some functionality in the application may be
disabled due to security restrictions."

Is there any way to prevent this bubble from appearing, other than adjusting
the client's security policy? My app expects to run in precisely this
partially trusted context, and the bubble is really annoying.
