How to eliminate the Partially-trusted popup

I want my auto-deployed code to run as partiallly trusted (this is recommended). How do I eliminate this popup "This application is running in a partially trusted context. Some functionality in the application may be disabled due to security restrictions". I get this with and without a strong name.

I can't help, but me too

I have an Internet Explorer application which we deploy externally. The app is full of security checks to disable functionalilty which the user doesn't have permission to do (rather than just letting a .NET framework access permission exception get thrown), but I just can't see a way of getting rid of the popup message, which seems to serve no purpose at all that I can see.
