I hope that you're telling the truth and that I am not enabling a child to
disobey their parents but, well, you could have found it online anyhow...

"In solving a problem of this sort, the grand thing is to be able to reason
backwards. That is a very useful accomplishment, and a
very easy one, but people do not practise it much. In the every-day affairs
of life it is more useful to reason forwards, and so
the other comes to be neglected. There are fifty who can reason
synthetically for one who can reason analytically." - Sherlock

The Content Advisor password is probably the weakest password stored
within Windows. Why? Although it is encrypted, it is in an unprotected
registry key that you can delete to eliminate the password. Googling
even by children will find out how to get rid of that password, and
there's your clue. I remember a "PCHell" site had the registry edit to
get rid of the key holding the password, so go Google on:

+"Content Advisor" +password +pchell

The plus signs mean all terms must be used in the search. Normally I
don't help folks claiming to the owner of a computer in trying to get
around a password because there is no way here to verify their
ownership. This was such a stupid blunder by Microsoft to protect the
password and there are so many easy searches to find the answer that I
have to qualms about guiding you to the solution.
