password supervisor password internet content

I am the only user of my pc using xp, I don t normally
use a password but have must have established on by
accident, didn t realize until internet content advisor
asked for it... since it was accidential, no hint was
added. Anyone know how I can locate it or delete it.
Have full accesses to computer but no content supervisor
pw.
