Detect and repair (if outlook was installed as part of a suite, you can
run detect and repair from and of the applications in the suite)

If it's a domain member, then logon as another account and try opening

and recreate it. Before you delete it, make a note of any extra data
files (pst) you may have. You won't lose anything
