subject text get changed

Dear Friends.

When I send mail from outlook 2003 than first letter of the subject word get
deleted at receipent. Suppose I send mail with subject: The book, than
receipent receives mail with subject :he book. First letter of the subject
line get deleted automatically. In sent item it show original subject but not
at receiver side. Please provide me solution for this.

I doubt that is something Outlook is doing.

Is this any recipient or just this one?
