Subform data disappears when moving to the next record

I created a form with 2 subforms embeded within a tab control. The
relationships appear that the Order No. is connected between the main form
(Quote Tracker) and the 2 subforms (Design Quote and Construction Quote),
although the 2 subforms have a unique ID no. as its primary key. The Order
No. also is automatically filled in within the 2 subforms. However, in the
Form View, when I enter data into the subforms, the data disappears when I go
to the next record. When I view the design and construction tables, the data
is there. Please help...

Click the little black square in the top left hand corner of the subform (in
design view) and go to the format properties.

Is the form design set to "single record" or "continuous form" ???

No. It's been set to continuous form from the start. What else do you think
is causing the problem? Thanks.

I solved the problem. The culprit was the data entry property which should be
set to "No". Thanks again for replying Scubadiver.
