Find Record from Subform to Another Subform

I appreciate any help on this subject. For the life of me I can not figure
out how to find a record in a subform. Here's what I have...

1. I have a two subforms on a main form (subform1 and subform2), both are
datasheets.
2. Both Subforms have a query RecordSource.
3. When I'm in subform2, I want to click on the datasheet textfield (Part
Name) and have the program find that same Part Name in subform1 datasheet,
and the record would be highlighted.

Any thoughts on what would be the easiest approach.

Thanks for the response! I have already been to that website and it's good
for know how to refer to forms and subforms; however, I need to know how to
get the program to search for a record as indicated in my initial thread.
