Ok my other computer won't let me log on. It is in safe mode, I put it in
Safe Mode from my desktop, not the F8 thing, and now it says that everyone,
even the admin has a bad username or password and I can't log on as a guest
either. Someone please help me.

Not quite enough info to work with... what events lead up to this problem's
occurance? Remember, smarter questions result in sharper answers.

Use NTpasswd to change the built-in Administrator password to a blank.
Since this is not normal behavior, I'd do some serious scanning for
viruses/malware.

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

Yeah so was downloading a program, and what do you know, there is spyware on
it, and I went to symatec.com to help me get it off. Well i was, and then it
told me to turn off system restore, so i did:

1 On the Windows task bar, click Start.

2 Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

3 On the System Restore tab, check Turn off System Restore or Turn off
System Restore on all drives.
If you do not see the System Restore tab, you are not logged on to Windows
as an Administrator.

4 Click Apply.

5 When you see the confirmation message, click Yes.

6 Click OK.

Then I was told to update symantec, blah blah blah, and then I got to
Restarting the computer in Safe Mode, and it told me to do it like this:

1 Close all programs.

2 On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.

3 In the Open box, type the following text:
msconfig

4 Click OK.

5 In the System Configuration Utility, on the BOOT.INI tab, check /SAFEBOOT.

6 Click OK.

7 When you are asked to restart the computer, click Restart.

And it was going fine until I was trying to log on and my password didn't
work... It says Safe Mode in all 4 corvers, and I have tried putting it in
Normal mode from F8 but that doesn't work. I don't think it is the spyware
thing because I deleted it in an earlier step, it might just be a microsoft
f**k up? Could someone try putting their computer in Safe Mode from the
desktop and tell me if it worked or not, Thanks :)

Try logging in as Administrator instead of your usual username...

Did you try any of the answers you have gotten so far? Begging a day after
you asked generally won't garner additional useful responses, but including
more detail based on the responses you do get will. (One of the reasons
why I suggested you read ESR's "Smart Questions" essay: He goes over this,
too...)
Could someone try the Safe Mode thing and see if
their computer still works, please?

If your machine meets the minimum requirements for Windows, you can boot
safe mode. Not being able to remember your Administrator password doesn't
mean you didn't boot into Safe Mode successfully.
