Strange problem

Hi all,
Strange Problem , i have a computer running
windows xp sp1 with amd athlon 2400+ and 256 mb ddr ram,
the problem is that the pc suddenly reboots and after
that when i check in the evnt viewer it shows some 6-7
application popup error saying Machine check :Regs, does
anybody have idea about it
