strange file alert on start up

In the last few starts i get a file alert that says Windows can not open this
file, 00639508.rbf I can't find this file anywhere on my computer, using
search. Nor, do i know what it is. I have been simply closing the window.
Any ideas what this is and how to correct it? Dave

There are no hits on it in Google. This is suspicious and could suggest
malware.

Yes i found this on a search (microsoft rollback file)...regarding your
question (do you use Rbase)...I do not even know what Rbase is. I have
recently installed a program called Stellarium (star/planet program)...maybe
this could cause it

a search on Stellarium and .rbf finds a connection though I
looked no further, un install the programme and see if the
error goes away?

does the programme run with the cd dvd in the drive? perhaps
it is set to start up but cannot find the info because ther
cd dvd is not inplace?

Rbase is a relational database programme
