Strange Changes

After some maintenance, where we eliminated problems in the registry, IE 6 doesn't open a full window when I click on a link. It opens a partial, narrow window. In addition, the bottom of the IE window has changed. When I hover over a link with my cursor, there is no longer a space in the bottom of the IE Window where I can see that link's URL. These are both annoying. Does anyone have any idea how to correct these problems? Please email (e-mail address removed) . Thank you very much.
