Full window view

When I first open IE it opens in full window view.
Any subsequent windows that open in addition to the first (ie from a link)
have to be manually maximised.
Is there a way to make all IE windows open in full window view automatically

Appreciate any advice anyone can give.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
