Stop Print Form

Q

Question Boy

Is there a way to disable the user's ability to print a form.

Why? A user accidently pressed print of the main form and it just print all
1053 records. I know there is user training, but is there a way to stop
this from hapening again to avoid the issue altogether?

Thank you

QB,

The only way I can think to do this is to create a new menu bar and select
it as the Menubar property on the form. It has been so long since I did
this, I can't even tell you how to approach it except to search for
"menubar" in Help. This is for version 2003 or earlier. In version 2007
there is an abomination called the ribbon that you are forced to contend
with.

God Bless,

Mark A. Sam
