Stop Errors for Windows 2000 Professional

Dear sirs,

I am facing a great problem and i need you urgent help. i
have computer 350mhz with 160 Ram petuim 2.

I have already installed windows 98 second edition and i
have two partition on my hard disk. i tried to install
windows 2000 professional on D: partition and after
installation porcess when windows begin to launch i face a
Stop Error problem ( 00000021a???????????? 0x00000000
Windows Logon Process).

Please inform me as soon as possible what to do to fix
this problem and let windows 2000 work normally. Thanks
