stop error

I installed Nero Express and a couple of video software
applications that came with it. I think I restarted my
computer after the Nero installation and had no problem.
When I attempted to restart it again after the other
installations, I got a blue screen with stop error
0x00000050 page fault in nonpaged area. I restarted in
safe mode as per instructed and uninstalled the software
I had installed after the Nero Express. I restarted
again and got same message. When I tried to uninstall
the Nero , I get a message that the windows installer
service could not be accessed. Can anyone help me???
