Stop error 0x0000007A

Hi, can anybody help me resolve this problem, our
server just got a blue screen error STOP: 0x0000007A
(0XS0201494, 0XC000009A, 0X80525E60, 0X00F26860)
Address 80525E60 base at 80400000, Date Stamp 3ee65063
ntoskrnl.exe I rebooted the server and did a last
known good configuration and after the system loaded, it
came back with the same error, I can really appreciate
your help, thank you.
