Stop error 000000c2 error Event Id 1003 Category (102)

Hello,
My computer reboots sometimes (not allways) when I put some cd on cd drive.
Windows sent an stop error that says that the system has recovery from a
serios error and the event viewer records a meesage error with the following
information:
Date: 3/15/2007
Source: System error
Time: 3:10:17 PM
Category: (102)
Type: Error
Event Id: 1003
User: N/A
Computer: Mine
On the description part of the error looks like:
Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000040, parameter2 00000000,
parameter3 80000000, parameter4 00000000.

Please help me, any comment or solution will be highly appreciated
