friend receives this error message when trying to start up windows xp home
on a compUSA laptop. unsuccessfully with windows normally, last known good
configuration, safe mode, safe mode with networking and debugging.
can anyone suggest the quickest and easiest method to correct this issue,
while saving data on the hard drive? or is restoring to orginal factory
condition the better solutuon?
