StOP: C000021a ERROR

This has been been a problem since I upgraded to SP1. Any LockWorkStation
call whether it be a "logoff" or Windows + L or a shortcut with
"rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation" I get the same thing. BSOD with
error caused by Login program.

STOP: C000021a {Fatal System Error}
The windows Loon Process system process terminated
unexpededly with a status of 0xC0000005

I tried the KB (156669) stuff in

Who can offer a little more than the obvious?

Try temporarily disabling your antivirus and / or firewall at startup (eg
export / temporarily delete the appropriate registry key(s) [or temporarily
uninstall]). Reboot and retry the switching.

Try "check disk" to examine drive for errors (right-click c: > properties >
tools > ....)

Use Windbg to identify the faulting module & hence program
