Still not receiving emails

I am still having problems receiving all mail. I get some of it, but not
everything. I was using outlook express on my old computer. I want to use
the same email address in windows mail on my new computer with Vista. Is
this possible? They are both POP3 accounts. I don't understand why mail is
still coming to the old computer's outlook express account, but not the new
one. I had someone email me 2 separate emails with pictures. One came
throught to the new computer, one didn't. But they both went to the old
computer. I don't want to have to keep switching to the old computer to get
my mail.

If this is all the same account, then on the old computer open OE and go to
Tools | Accounts.
Select the account and click Properties.
On the Advanced tab tell it to leave a copy on the server.

Of course, if you never open OE it won't download and delete from server for
any messages.
