Sticky Keys Hell

Somehow when I dropped a keyboard off the table, it landed on its face, and
it enabled Sticky Keys. Now I cannot get it to stay disengaged. Everytime I
boot, it boots to Sticky Jeys ON...even tough I supposedly disabled it in the
Accessiblity Control Panel. I can't uninstall the Accessibility piece as far
as I can find. This is driving me NUTS, as I am trying to finish the rebuild
of a box. I am running Windows MCE 2005 fully patched.

To turn off StickyKeys, press the Shift key five times.
