Startup folders switched

Weird thing happened recently. For some reason, the user's startup
folder is pointing to the all user's startup folder, so if I place a
link in the current user's startup folder it doesn't get run but if I
place one in all user's, it runs twice. I verified this from the
codestuff starter as well. Where do I go in the registry to restore a
user's startup folder to its original location? Thanks.

Never mind, it's:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders
