Error Message when starting Outlook 2003:

CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK,EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL.

If I click on the OK button 5 or 6 times, everything
seems OK.

Any help will be appreciated.

MSDART.DLL is part of MDAC, so I suspect that the MDAC installation on
the Windows XP doesn't have all the right versions of files. There
is a utility called Component Checker that will help determine if MDAC
is okay. You can download it from www.microsoft.com/data.

This file should be located in the windows\system32 folder, so verify
that's the only version you have and DTS isn't finding the file
somewhere else on the hard drive. If there is a different version in
the DLLCACHE folder, you may want to rename the one in SYSTEM32
and copy the one from DLLCACHE into its place.

Thank you for your prompt answer. I found a msdart.dll
file in C:\I386 (modified 09/27/03) and also in
C:\windows\system32 (modified 09/03/03. I renamed the
file in system32 and copied the file from I386 to
system32. This seems to have cured the problem. Thanks
again for your help!
