startup and shutdown issues

In the recent days, i have noticed when i startup my
computer and it shows the desktop, it is like the
computer freezes for a couple of minutes then i hear my
startup music and everything is fine. Always when i
shutdown the computer, it does not automatically turn off
anymore but instead I get a blue error screen. Can
anyone help me?

Could be a combination of many things.Go to these two
