Running XP SP3: When I start Outlook 2007 and also when I open an email i get
the following:

Could not install the custom actions. The form cache file ‘C:\Documents and
Settings\Robin\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT’
is not valid. Contact your administrator.

Any suggestions on how to stop this?

mbpcola, you wrote on Tue, 7 Apr 2009 20:58:01 -0700:

Tools | Options | More | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms

There purge Outlook's form cache by clicking on the according button.

If this does not help, Outlook's form cache is damaged. Then close
Outlook and delete the file "FRMCACHE.DAT" (Outlook's form cache) that
will be re-created at the next start of Outlook.
