do a safe mode start up and it doesn't work either the computer just keeps
trying to boot up and fails to do so. Any suggestions??

There is usually more to the Stop Error than what you've written. See this
link for 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.

Generally speaking, this is a hardware error. Without knowing anything about
your computer or its recent history, all I can suggest is that you do some
basic hardware troubleshooting, starting with the RAM.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with
known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up
before you take the machine into a shop. This can be done even if you can't
boot into Windows. Let me know if you need instructions for doing that.
