start-up error when i deleted a switchboad

I had a switchboard. I deleted this (on purpose).
from now on , every time when i open the document i get
this error.

"The form name switchboard is misspelled or refers to a
form that doesn't exist".


I need some help

The switchboard was probably set as your startup form. Go to Tools|Startup and change it
to (none).
