Acess 2000 Missing Form error message

When I open my UUFSB file, the database screen appears along with the
following error message: The form name 'Dirdata' is misspelled or refers to
a form that doesn't exist. If the invalid form name is in a macro, an Action
Failed dialog box will display the macro name and the macro's arguments
after you click OK. Open the Macro window, and enter the correct form name.
When I click OK, the Action Failed dialog box does not display, and I can
continue working with the file. How can I stop the error message from
appearing. I deleted the Switchboard and the Switchboard Items to no avail.
Would appreciate the help.
Lou
