Start-> Run records no history?

My Start-> Run feature does not keep any history of what I have run
previously. Is there a setting that controls whether this is on or
off? Reg-key maybe?

Right-click Start orb > Properties >Start Menu
Select the box ' Store and display a list of recently opened programs'.
