start menu

Hello Just a quick question i turned on my computer today and went into the
start menu and 10-12 items were highlighted and it said new programs
installed. well all the programs are not new and were activated awhile ago
and were used. Has this happened to anyone else? Thx for the time

LFR>>>>sometimes that issued appear even when you created a new account. if
you don't want this to happen every time a program is installed, do this:

right click the start and select properties, the taskbar and start menu
properties will open, select customize next to Start menu, go to the advanced
tab and uncheck the box next to "Highlight newly installed programs" press ok
all windows....
