Start Menu - Run, Search and Help

Hi,

On my Start Menu, The Run, Search and Help and Support buttons are not
working.
I have tried some of the fixes suggested on this forum, including making
sure that the Registry Start Menu and Start Panel are set to (default).

If I log out, and go to Administor, the commands work, but when I log back
in as myself, they do not work (except for the very first time I try).

I am running Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2, build 2600

The interesting thing is, that when I logoff, login as Administrator - it all
works, then logoff, and re logon as myself - the Run and Search Commands
work, but then when I try Help, nothing happens, and Run and Search no longer
work either.
