Start - All Programs problem

Sorry - been away for a week and when I went back into newsgroup, my ISP has
only downloaded today's messages and can't get back to see if anyone replied
to this round about the 8th May!

When I click on Start and the All Programs - there are so many programs on
my machine that it is impossible for me to find them all as they go off the
right hand side of the screen! Is there any way of getting the fonts/icons
smaller in this window so I can see all the programs that are installed?
