arranging all the programs in Start/All Programs

How do I edit/configure the display of the HUGE volume of programs that pop
up on my screen whenever I click Start/All Programs. I have so many
programs installed that my entire 19" screen is filled with some programs
partially outside the screen area. Is there a way to organize these into
folders for viewing?

Thanks.

Absolutely. Right-click on the Start Button and choose "Explore". This
will give you the familiar two-paned Explorer window. Now you can
create new folders and move icons (which are just shortcuts) into them.
For instance, you might create a folder called "Graphics" and put all
your graphics-related programs in there, or "Office" for office-type
programs, etc.

Right click Start/Properties/customize/Small Icons. That will help if you
haven't already done it.
