spyware/popups

I need some help in finding a good spyware/popup stopper
have tried lots of them but none of them seem to get rid
of all my spyware
The one I am trying now is Spy Sweeper looks good but
when I looked at Xoftspy it seemed to find more but will
not delete them untill you buy it
Thats were I am not sure which is the best one then I can
buy it

And its the same with popup stoppers I am useing a
firewall Armor2net which is great as a firewall but not
very good at stopping popups

Mick,

In terms of Spyware / Adaware utilities the following site does some good
comparisions:

www.spywareguide.com (it's also great for general information)

It also covers Firewalls, and Popups to. But on that score, Windows XP SP2
will be released anytime now, and it has a great Popup blocker in-the-box
and also a great firewall, you should consider these, when looking for a
product.

I have adaware professional from lavasoft which is good at both.
