Spyware on XP Pro 64 Bit Edition

I have just started using XP Pro 64 Bit edition as my OS.
I downloaded the free trial of NOADWARE v3.0 and on
scanning my computer I was told I had MyDoom.B lurking in
my drive. To remove it I would have to register the
download and pay for the full version of the software.
When I looked for the file named during the scan it did
not exist anywhere I could see it. I have just downloaded
Microsoft AntiSpyware ver 1.0.615 and that tells me I
have no suspicious files anywhere.

Any advice from anyone, surely NOADWARE isn't telling me
lies to try to get my money?

Please run only trusted software. NOADWARE is listed as a rogue soft here
