Spyware not found by MSAS

The above exploits a vulnerability in ASP.NET. according to Trend Micro
Housecall.

Will .NET security update SP1 fix the vulnerability?
Apparently that is the only update that I have missed.

And how come MSAS could not find Them?

Andre, I sent the report, ran CWShredder in safe mode and found CWSmsconfig
which was removed.
Could that have been it?
Other than that the computer is clean.
