Spyware found but no "alert" message???

In using the MS Antispyware Beta, I never get an alert when the scan finds
spyware on my computer. I have checked the "Display the scan results window
after a spyware scan" box under the Spyware Scan options windo....however,
when I click 'Save' the box unchecks itself and I never get notified. I've
had spyware sit on my computer for a week after the daily scan runs....if I
don't remember to open it manually, I have no way of becoming aware of
alerts....

Any ideas????

Try this solution:

1) do an update install--control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, updªte.

i see the problem and find a way to solve it.you click the menu
option--settings,
then find general setting,at this window,you click radio button novice
user,and save.
see the scan setting checkbox in spyware is checked.
