Spyware and Adware w/XP SP2

I have Adaware and Spybot.
I have XP SP2.
I have to clean 20-30 programs/trackers daily from my pc.
I may have added/upgraded w/ SP2 without first running a full scan to remove
and potential spyware. Does anyone have any ideas to rip the hearts
out...smash the...sorry... To remove the spyware or block it permanently?

Your provide NO substantiating facts or information.

What does "...20-30 programs/trackers..." mean ?

If you are talking about "cookies" move on.

If there are EXE files or Registry entries, do the scanning in Safe Mode.

Tracking cookies and MRU's are not to be worried over.. just clean your
system out once a week.. paranoia is your worst enemy..
