Spybot S&D found: DSO Exploit..?

Hi,
I'm running WinXP HE SP1, NAV, and ZA.
And whenever I run Spybot, it always finds a DSO Exploit in the registry.
So, is this a really bad thing?? What do I do?
Also, when I click on it, it gives some info, including this website:
<http://security.greymagic.com/adv/gm001-ie/>

On this website, under the "Solution" part, whenever I go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \
Internet Settings \ Zones \ 0
I cannot find the 1004 (DWORD), even if I restore it after Spybot has
removed it.

If you are up to date, tell Spybot to ignore it.
