SpyBot detected DSO Exploit

[Jim - redirect]

My homepage has been redirected. I ran Adaware &
SpyBolt. SpyBolt says it fixed it, but when I run SpyBolt
again it is still there. How do I fix this? Here is what
it found but has not fix:
