I've been asked to try and streamline a complicated process that some
people are using to process data.

Part of their current process is to open their Excel file in a program
called SPSS and use the 'Aggregate' function. Then take those values
straight back into Excel.

Does anyone know that this SPSS Aggregate thing is? And would it be
possible for Excel to do it so that everything could be done in the one
program?

Brien,

Excel can do anything. Macros can do anything that Excel can do. The trick
is getting the macros to work. You would need to post a detailed explanation
of what the files look like at the start and then how they look when the
'Aggregating' is finished.
