Spider Solitaire Problem

Major computer problem - or so my wife says.

Recently installed beta of Windows Media Player 10. I think that is when the
problem first appeared. Most of the time when there are more than two cards
to be moved, they will not drag.

I have since uninstalled WMP 10 and went back to 9, but no help with
solitaire.

Any ideas?

This is something you'll never figure out. It's probably corrupted. Just go to Add/Remove Programs, Windows components, Accessories, Games, uncheck it, reboot and go back and recheck it to reinstall.

I appreciate the suggestion - but it did not help.

Any other thoughts (short of a repair install for a stupid solitaire game).

have you done a recent virus check? with an AV of 2003 or 2004? any older
may not catch em all? make sure the AV is updated before scanning, and try
doing the scan in safemode.
